Cancellations less than 24h before: no refund.
No-shows: no refund or changes allowed.
Appointment change allowed up to 24h prior, but no refund after the initial date.
There are no refunds for vouchers and gift cards.
I reserve the right not to offer the massage service or to interrupt the session if I consider that the techniques I use may cause discomfort or pain due to the client's limitations or chronic problems. For the treatment of ailments, it is advisable to seek the help of a doctor or a specialized professional.
