Cancellations up to 30h before the appointment: full refund.

Cancellations less than 30h before: no refund.

No-shows: no refund or changes allowed.

Appointment change allowed up to 30h prior, but no refund after the initial date.

There are no refunds for vouchers and gift cards.

Delays are not tolerated. If you think you might arrive late, please inform us in advance. After 10 minutes past the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered canceled with no right to a refund. 

I reserve the right not to offer the massage service or to interrupt the session if I consider that the techniques I use may cause discomfort or pain due to the client's limitations or chronic problems. For the treatment of ailments, it is advisable to seek the help of a doctor or a specialized professional.
